What about the complaints that I have made last time?
It affects me till now but no one seemed to bother.
It's the same thing. The driver caused inconvenience to others and the kids playing football also cause inconvenience to those who live facing the pool.
That's why don't simply say why I cannot tolerate and all. The thing is, you all don't know that I have to endure the noisiness everyday.
I would like to say. Just forgive the driver who hit your car. And be tolerant. People make mistake ;)

Oh it didn't hit your car. Think positive lah. Maybe the drive was in hurry. Just tolerate lah.
Lastime you all also said, relaxlah. They are kids. It's not they are playing 24 hours.
For your case. It's not that they always want to use the exit. So be tolerant.
And one more thing, you said the driver was being careless. So his/her act was unintentional. But the disturbance that I have to endure is intentional.
If you still remember, I used to write in the shoutbox complaining about the kids making noises. Now I don't write anymore as most Armanee residents are selfish (I mean those who visit this website). Just because they don't face the same problem, it's not right to say they to others to be tolerant.
You are abusing Armanee RA blog. You can write things if it directly affects you only.
Anonymous, i think starting from today i will talk loudly 24/7 around the pool area just to add misery to ur live. I will also try to hit the ball against the wall for no purpose. Just relax and enjoy the ball banging effect as a music to ur ears.

Yoyo! chill out guys! To the 1st Anonymous, if really unbearable i suggest you move out or to other unit since the current price is going up quite well for Armanee.
I think if really impact your life and you can;t change the environment. Then move out will be the better choice. :)
Anonymous, AURA did forward your complaint to the management and to the security guards as well. The children were reminded many times not to make too much noise when playing and once, even had their ball taken away. You need to realize that we are not the parents and there is only so much that can be done. Any more action could be questionable and may be a form of abuse.
The driver did not cause inconvenience. He was endangering the lives of others and being reckless. Parking in someone else's spot is an inconvenience but potentially causing an accident is not.
We sympathize with you but since you bought a unit facing the pool, you should be prepared for the noise from children and adults alike. You should have chose a unit facing the reserve or clubhouse if noise is your major concern, just like some of our other neighbours did.
Careless need not be unintentional, it could be any action without a thought of the consequences.
We are more than tolerant in many ways and we try very hard to work with the other parties to resolve various problems. You need to understand that we are people too and there is only that much that can be done without causing any undue reaction.
How would you react if those children playing ball were your children and the security guard started shouting at them and removing them forcibly ? Would you be happy that someone is doing your parenting job for you or would you reprimand the guard because you are the parent and they have no such right to treat any resident in Armanee that way ?
The main post was not written because it affected just one person. It was written to warn other residents to be careful, that there was such a reckless driver in Armanee. It could happen to you, me or anyone living here. It's all a matter of luck, timing and fate.
Sarcastic remarks are uncalled for.
We have live on the 2nd floor facing the pool in block A for 4 years, my son is not one of the football players (he's too young yet)we leave the balcony doors open all day and we do not find the kids playing ball, the kids screaming at the pool or the parties/weddings that go on late into the evening any problem at all
In fact it makes us feel like part a community.
This is a community, our kids need to play, us adults need to also sometimes. If you want peaceful living with no interaction with your fellow man why did you pick that condo.
I would pick noise and community over peace and solitude all the time.

Residents in Armanee, please take care of your vechicles at basement parking, my car was stolen from L2 parking 1 year plus ago. And last week, my sports bike exhaust was stolen from the same spot, we definitely have thief living among us. Can we have CCTV install at basement too?
