Blackout @ Block B

The blackout resulting from the main water tank overflow continues but we hope that electricity supply and Astro services will be restored soon. Rest assured, everything possible is being done but we need to ensure that all electrical fittings are completely dry before the maintenance staff can attempt to power up.

As a general update, the flooding could not be prevented as the faulty equipment (water level sensor if I am not mistaken) could not be detected until the incident. It was completely unforeseen.

For those residents who had to deal with spoilt food, we are truly sorry and can only hope that we never have to deal with such similar incidents again.

I take this opportunity to wish all our Muslim residents, their families and friends a belated SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDIL ADHA. May all our lives be filled with kindness, compassion and forgiveness and let's not forget the less fortunate people in this world.
