Too many residents are unhappy that the exit buttons at the residential blocks have been reinstated. Yet, it's all a matter of opinion. Some want it and some don't.
How many of you want a dialogue with our JMC ?

I know i suggest something, but i am just suggesting something which makes sense for a better security at the expense of a little of inconvenience but of coz it depends on the support of armanee resident

safety is important and we can do better than this
1. No exit push button but Yes to centralized intercom system.
2. More CCTV at strategic locations especially parking lots.
3. Better communication tool (walkie-talkie) for Security Guard. Do you know for Security in BLock C to contact someone at the Guard Post, the message has to be routed to BLock B handset ? Think about what happens in case of emergency?
4. Car wash bay ? I was told residence car wash area is beside the central refuse area ? What happened to the designated Car Wash bay ?

No push button to exit. My house is the same level as three break ins. I don't want mine to be part of the statistics. Security is very important.
Residents car parked at the visitor parking area. I have already complained to Mr. Mustafa and still nothing is being done.
Mustafa is a very rude person!
