JMC....WHERE IS OUR CCTV ?
The Residents of Block B have noticed that CCTV's have been installed at Blocks A and C but WHERE ARE THE CCTV'S FOR BLOCK B ???
Most of us will WITHHOLD payment for our monthly maintenance fees until we see the CCTV at Block B installed and WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LATE PAYMENT CHARGES !
WE DEMAND FAIRNESS & EQUALITY

i will withhold my payment for Jan until they install the cctv
I am also withholding payment for Jan and will clear my account as soon as I see the CCTVs.
Yesterday, I was informed by PMO that Block B's CCTV will be installed next week.
However, I still urge all Block B residents to withhold your monthly maintenance fee payments until you are satisfied that the installation has taken place.
Withholding the payment does not mean not paying. In simple terms, it is a "you scratch my back, I scratch your back" scenario. JMC must honour what they promise us before we are able to honour what we promised them. We will honour our payment only when they give us what they owe us. Isn't that a fair deal ?

I nak complaint sikit pasal En. Mustafa dari maintenance office. Dia sangat kurang ajar dan tak respect orang langsung. Dia bukan saja suka tengking securities tapi owner pun kena tengking. Talk nicely to people wont cost u any single cent pun! Kurang ajar betullah. i hate him. No matter if that person salah or not, u dont have to yell or jerit2.
Banyak problem belum settle di my unit since i bought this house on 2006. i am very frustrated dan ada masanya saya sangat tertekan.

PMO will only cut your water supply if you owe 3 months or more in maintenance fee. FYI the CCTVs at Block B were installed about a month back. You will notice that there is a CCTV monitor located at the security desk.
Can you please provide more info on how Mustafa was rude to you ? Most times, many residents mistake his loud and rough voice as being "rude" but actually he's not. That's just the way he talks.
Where security guards and cleaners are concerned, there are times when it is necessary to be firm with them and that also means raising his voice. If he doesn't, they tend to take advantage of him and ignore instructions. If this happens, then you will surely notice a decline in their work quality.
If you are referring to defects in your unit, you will have to contact the developer directly. PMO only manages and maintains common property/area and not the individual unit.
